That’s right. Emojis are officially here and they can be used in your portal conversations! Just look for the 🙂 icon right beside where you type your messages and you can any emojis right into your conversation.

We just launched another new feature today and you’re going to love this one.

Now you’ll notice that your documents aren’t icons anymore. They’re a thumbnail preview of the document that you’ve added. If you click on that thumbnail, then a lightbox will appear and show you the document.

This is a quick and easy way for you and your clients to be able to preview the documents and see them in the portals.

Let us know if you have any issues with the document viewer. Enjoy!

As of this posting, you officially have the ability to preview your images and videos in their respective sections. Just click the little eye and a pop-up will appear with the video or image in it.

You requested it and we decided to do it.

Yes, we’ve increased the video player in the portals by about 30% larger so it’s a much better user experience as well as less blank space on the page.

Oh, and don’t worry…..we already have plans for the rest of the blank space on the right side of the desktop browser. 😉

There was an issue with uploading on mobile devices using the Safari browser.

This issue has been fixed.

There’s nothing specific to tell you about tonight, but we just wanted to let you know that we’re in the middle of pushing a TON of UI updates tonight. Lots of tweaks and changes that probably won’t affect you, but you’ll SEE the difference. 😉

We appreciate all the feedback we’ve gotten so far from users and we especially appreciate anyone that’s reported problems/bugs/issues.
